Lighthouse Leadership Training Course “Elevator” is designed to guide Executives and Business Managers to success, and empower Executives to excel in their business leadership roles to achieve their professional goals.

This is a “self-study” Leadership Training Course using inputs from our Leadership Coaching Program (Navigator) experienced industry leaders in various CXO and Board Member roles. The course includes detailed lessons and videos to give you valuable insights, tools, and strategies to navigate the complexities of executive leadership with confidence and clarity.

This “self-study” Leadership Training Course is an easier and more affordable learning package compared to one-on-one leadership coaching, in which the fee is 10X higher, because it is one-on-one coaching is intensive process, we can only coach 20 executives at a time. However, there is no such constraint with this Leadership Training Course (Basic Package), and executives of all backgrounds and industries can benefit from this course.
